Subscription terms

1. Price

Protect is £9.99 per pet per month, or £99.90 per pet per year. The yearly price is ten months, so two months are free. Prices are in pounds sterling and are stored in pence.

2. Trial and cancellation

The first subscription includes a 30-day trial. You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term. Cancelling leaves the public profile and finder email in place.

3. How payment will work

The tag you buy today is taken by the local test card gateway. No bank is charged. Protect by Direct Debit is not collected until GoCardless is connected. When a mandate exists, the Direct Debit Guarantee applies and we will tell you 3 working days before a collection.
